Left something in Korea?
We’ll send it home.
A jacket at the hotel, a package that arrived after you flew out, or something only sold in Korea. A person in Seoul collects it, photographs it so you know it’s the right thing, repacks it, and ships it to your country.

Read this before you pack
A light box can cost like a heavy one
Carriers charge on volumetric weight when a box is bulky. Korea Post divides length × width × height in centimetres by 6,000; FedEx, UPS and DHL divide by 5,000, so the same box weighs 20% more with them. A 30 × 18 × 11cm box holding 390g of clothes is billed as 990g. Padded jackets, knitwear and boxed cosmetics are the usual surprises — we repack to shrink the box, and tell you the chargeable weight before you pay.
Customs
What you will owe on arrival
Duty and tax are paid by the recipient, and we put the expected amount in your quote before you pay. Rules changed in several countries during 2025 and 2026, so these figures are checked quarterly. Current as of 31 August 2026.
| Country | Duty-free up to | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| United States | None | The $800 de minimis exemption ended. Duty applies at $2,500 and below — at least 12.5% on most goods. |
| European Union | None | Since 1 July 2026 a flat €3 duty applies per item under €150. |
| United Kingdom | £135 | Customs duty relief below £135. Import VAT applies at every value. |
| Australia | AUD 1,000 | GST of 10% applies below the threshold. |
| Singapore | SGD 400 | GST of 9% applies at every value. |
| Japan | ¥10,000 | Assessed on customs value. |
| Taiwan | NT$2,000 | Limited to six shipments per half-year. |
| Canada | CAD 20 | The higher CAD 150 threshold applies only to US and Mexico shipments. |

Questions
Frequently asked
I left something at my hotel in Korea. Can you get it and ship it to me?+
Yes. Tell us the hotel name, the dates you stayed, your booking name, and what the item is. We contact the hotel in Korean, arrange collection, photograph the item so you can confirm it is the right one, then repack and ship it. Most hotels hold lost property for a limited period, so contact us as soon as you can.
How much does shipping from Korea cost?+
We bill the carrier rate at cost, with no markup. Korea Post EMS to the United States is ₩39,000 for 0.5kg, ₩68,500 for 2kg and ₩128,500 for 5kg. Japan is far cheaper at ₩26,000, ₩35,500 and ₩43,500 for the same weights. Our handling fee for collecting, checking, repacking and lodging the shipment is quoted separately based on the size of the box.
Why is my shipping quote higher than the weight of my items?+
Carriers charge on volumetric weight when a box is large but light. Korea Post divides length by width by height in centimetres by 6,000; couriers such as FedEx, UPS and DHL divide by 5,000, so the same box weighs 20% more with them. A 30 by 18 by 11cm box holding 390g of clothing is billed as 990g. We tell you the chargeable weight before you pay.
Who pays customs duty and taxes?+
The recipient does, and we state the expected amount in the quote before you pay. The United States no longer has a duty-free threshold: shipments valued at $2,500 or less are charged at least 12.5%, and cosmetics fall under that rate even though the product tariff itself is zero.
What can you not ship?+
Rechargeable lithium batteries of any capacity, power banks, and electronics with a built-in battery — which rules out most K-pop light sticks, though AA-battery models are fine. Also perfume, nail polish remover, all aerosols and sprays, magnets, vapes, alcohol and tobacco. Food containing meat or dairy, including ramyeon soup bases, cannot enter the United States, EU, UK or Australia.
Can you buy something in Korea and ship it to me?+
Yes. Send the product links and we buy, consolidate everything into one box, and ship. For items sold only in physical shops, or on secondhand marketplaces like Bunjang where sellers will not ship abroad, a person goes to the store or meets the seller in person.
How long do you hold my items?+
Storage is free for 30 days from the day we receive them. Tell us if you need longer and we will work something out.
