🇺🇸 Korea → the United States
Shipping from Korea to the United States.
At the carrier’s own rate.
Something left at a hotel, a parcel that arrived after you flew out, or an item only sold in Korea. A person in Seoul collects it, photographs it so you know it’s the right thing, repacks it, and sends it to the United States.

Carriers charge on volumetric weight when a box is large but light. Korea Post divides length by width by height in centimetres by 6,000; FedEx, UPS and DHL divide by 5,000, so the same box weighs 20% more with them. We tell you the chargeable weight before you pay.
How long
4–7 business days
Korea Post’s published EMS standard after dispatch, before customs clearance on arrival. Collecting and repacking in Korea usually adds a day or two.
Duty-free threshold
None
The $800 de minimis exemption ended. Duty applies at $2,500 and below — at least 12.5% on most goods. The recipient pays, and we state the expected amount in the quote before you pay.
Cosmetics fall under the 12.5% rate even though the product tariff itself is zero. For parcels under 2kg, K Packet can be up to 60% cheaper than EMS to the United States — we check both before quoting.
What we cannot send

- Perfume, nail polish remover, all aerosols and sprays
- Magnets, vapes, alcohol, tobacco
- Food containing meat or dairy — including ramyeon soup bases — cannot enter the United States
